Tim Urban: Inside the mind of a master procrastinator

Introduce

1. The difference between the brain of procrastination and non-procrastination - Rational Decision-Maker,  Instant Gratification Monkey, and Panic Monster.

2. For the procrastinator, spending a lot of time in this orange zone, an easy and fun place that's entirely out of the Makes Sense circle -  the Dark Playground.

3.  The Panic Monster can push us to finish our work, but it is only available if the deadline exists.

Keywords I learn from the talk.

4. mayhem (n.)

                   was complete mayhem.
