 Grit: The power of passion and perseverance

1. grit (n.) 勇氣、毅力

    Definition: Courage and determination despite the difficulty.

    Example: It takes true (= real) grit to stand up to a bully.

2. stratospheric (n.) 極高的、非常的

    Definition: Very high or great.

    Example: The project had proved a stratospheric success.

3. perseverance (n.) 堅持不懈

    Definition: Continued effort and determination.

    Example: Through hard work and perseverance, he worked his way up to the 

                   top.

4. stamina (n.) 耐力；耐性

    Definition: The physical and/or mental strength to do something that might 

                    be difficult and will take a long time.

    Example: The triathlon is a great test of stamina.

5. mindset (n.) 思維傾向；觀念模式

    Definition: A person's way of thinking and opinions.

    Example: It's extraordinary how hard it is to change the mindset of the public 

                  and the press.

I think the key to success is a person who has talent, grit, and willingness to pay plenty of effort and time to do this thing.
